I have been having some stalling problems when I let off the throttle on my rx-1 (mpi stage 1 sc). The sled runs excellent otherwise, but when letting off after a short pull the sled seems flooded and won't run right I have to feather the throttle to keep it idling somewhat and sometimes stalls completely (not fun when on steep hill). Is this a fuel delivery problem, or do I need a BOV to reduce the pressure in the intercooler when letting off the throttle?

Probably need to raise your floats a little.

You don't need a BOV to fix that stalling/fuel dump. Adjust the floats more and install a AFR to fine tune the carbs ... I did both of those and sled runs spot on.
My sled use to stall while the front end was in the air ... after a jump, climbing, very frustrating.

I've got a question, do I need the updated float bowls with a SC'd sled. This sled was a short track (I never caught on, until you both mentioned the floats) and I don't believe it has the updated float bowls as well(that the mountain versions had or did the short tracks get this too). My 03 Rx-1 does, but this is an 04 Rx-1 (121") that was long tracked! I went on parts finder and can't find a number for the bowls?
