I agree. Just ride it like you usually would, and open it up once and a while.

You don't want to baby it, or you could end up with a pooch. And you don't want to go out and hold it wide open for miles on end either.

first miles On my 09 xtx I brought it to a lake in November. Polaris was there testing their sleds back and forth on the lake. I ended up going WOT for a mile at a time with the polaris riders. Sled has around 5-6000 km. It is quicker and faster than my friends xtx. Also the belt lasted over 4000Km

Stock she will do 110mph+++ all day long!!! Come ride my sled anytime if your in the area.

yea the previous owner (girlfriends dad) told me he didnt follow breakin procedure and did not baby it either... last winter all stock 107 mph on the lake for me steady and touched 108 a few times!
