:-o I was at 2993 miles when I started to carve.....by the time i was done it was at 3009.....lol alot of it is track spin probably but...oh well....there was a few times i was :exc: for the sled when i fell off but it was fun!

hell i broke before 3000 miles and right after 3000 i broke again, then i got her to 3800 and broke her again hahah

getting close to the 10 000 mile mark,9687 to be exact, things i had to replace,2 large upper wheel wich i changed at 8500 miles and 1 fuel pump relay last week, that's it,i cant beleive all i read here on how everything breaks on this sled,i guess it must be the way one drives it,i'd buy another 1 in a heartbeat, just wish they would bump the power a bit,oh by the way,its my wifes sled

"oh by the way,its my wifes sled"

AHA i wonder y its not broke.
i didnt even get 200mi on mine after i just got it back from the dealer before it broke. AGAIN today

A little over 4700 miles on my 07 Phazer, only broke the rear suspension so far.

I have just under 6100 miles on my sled and it has never left me stranded. I have had all updates peformed, radiator fan, cold start, ball joints, airbox rivets, steering, etc. I made sure to keep an eye on the suspension and my dealer replaced it at the first sign of a crack. Everything was covered under the original 1 year warranty.

I did have an issue with the starter after the original warranty had expired but I have the 4 year YES so it was covered. All in all I've been pretty happy with the durability of the sled. The biggest thing you can do to save the chassis is have the rear shocks valved for your weight. As with any sled, if you are bottoming a machine hard and repeatedly it is going to break!
