After a few days of fairly hard pounding, I noticed mine on both sides is now scrubbing the plastics....grrrr
Must be bending out of shape to hit the pan. I assume it will keep hitting? Any fixes?

I have seen this since 2012 on the procross chassis. Usually it will scrape like yours Dan then stays the same. Kinda funny as my sidewinder has not done it at all, but last two procross chassis have.. .

I recall back in '12 lots of guys rubbing like mine now is, but back then my '12 never touched! And now my nice new "red" panels are taking a beating 6 model yrs later...lolI have seen this since 2012 on the procross chassis. Usually it will scrape like yours Dan then stays the same. Im not sure its worth warranty ect, when they will get beat up as soon as you replace panels....but maybe would give me a new bar too? Seem like a better bar is needed.
When I replaced my broke bar I ground the ends smaller and rounded them off to keep them from hitting. If you notice the bar can move side to side alot. Some washers each side in between the bushings would help that but probably not worth the bother.

Toe out make any diff? I dont believe so, but just throwing it out. I spent a ton of time on my winder getting the toe out @ 1/8 - 1/16. I doubt it matters. The other thing I know is my two that rubbed were 129"s. My 137 has ZERO scratches

I figured as much also. Might possibly be the 129 compared to 137? Not sure why this would matter, BUT its possible? The angle of the skid? Just brain stormingI spent a ton of time getting my toe perfect, about 1/16.

Is there an aftermarket sway bar available?
If i broke one, i'm sure i'll break another.
I'm very good at breaking stuff. It's a knack i have..........or maybe it's a nuisance.
Either way, it hasn't slowed me down. Just makes it more fun. My bud is unstudded on his 'Winder. When it gets icy, he asks me to trade 'cuz he can't handle it. I take it as a challenge.
An unstudded Sidewinder on icy trails! Talk about fun........and sphincter tightening turns. It's like doing Keegle exercises!
P.S: Look up the word KEEGLE to fully understand this post
I know what Keegle is. LOL!

My dealer warrantied my panel and my sway bar mounts because my bar rubbed on the panel and then ground the ends of the bar for me.

I was in Maine a few weeks ago and my center shock bottom bolt snapped in half, Sidewinder XTX. started to hit the track lugs on lake near the trains. limped it back to the Lake house which is in the middle of no where and cant even be accessed by road til may be summer? Lucky they had 3/8 threaded rod there and i was able to put it back together. Had my girlfriend ride it back 125 miles to the Forks, she is only 115 LBS. the threaded rod did bend some but held up to get back on our last day of riding. I will carry one with me anymore, not easy to find a 10mm bolt 12 inches long.
