Has anyone seen a broken lower steering support/steering stop on these YamaCat chassis?
I ask because I have one in my shop right now and am wondering if I should be looking at mine?

Used to be common on the early cats but since the steel bracket this is first I have heard. Easy to see just take the boot off tierods. Both sides.Has anyone seen a broken lower steering support/steering stop on these YamaCat chassis?

I wonder if the lower loosened and cracked the supports? Mine seems fine.
Mine is fine too. Always look in there when hood or boot is off though.I wonder if the lower loosened and cracked the supports? Mine seems fine.

Found mine loose last week when checking it over, felt a clunk and a loud noise when turning left. Tightened it up and seems fine now.
