bulkhead measurement q's

I recently had my front left bulkhead bottom a-arm holes welded/filled ( one was oblonged bad and the other was completely broke off) and now ready to re-drill the holes.
First question is what is the distance from top hole to bottom hole center to center? Can anyone verify a width of 18mm on the bottom a-arm holes?

Can you measure center to center on the bottom holes of each side of the front bulkheads together?

I only have the Right side

18mm hole dia

top hole to bottom hole center to center 82 mm
