So I started to put my wounded apex back together yesterday anad have run into a snag. I re-installed the front bulkheads and ready to re-rivet. Problem is I have two brass coloured bushings that measure 40mm in length, 14mm diameter and 9mm inside diameter. At first I thought it was ski bushings,but they are not for the skis. Then I thought they were for the engine mounts, but the bolts are too big that go throught the mounts for these bushings. I don't know, i'm stumped.
I spent 5 hrs yesterday trying to figure where they go.
Any ideas??

mulder they might be the 2 front steering bushings that go thru the flat arm under and in front of the battery location??????

I checked and those bushings are in already.
Anyone else have a guess???

Finally found where they go!
They go in the plastic steering peice, the one with the tabs you bend over that locks the nuts in place. I decided to take the bulkhead out again to see what I missed. Took all the steering apart and voila. Don't know how I missed it. Thank you very much guys. I can now finally start riveting.
Man there is a lot of rivets to put back in!
