A friend and I just went halves on a Bushnell Speedster Radar Gun and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. Are they any good? They claim +or - 1 mph readings. Any input would be appreciated.

i have one and it work great. we compared it to the other guns that guys have that cost up to 1000.oo dollers and this is what we found the bushnell gun does not read off the tenth,s but is mutch nicer to use as its not hooked to a lead acid battery or 4 wheeler, truck as it just runs on aa batterys. when the other guns read 100 mph so does it up to 100.5 it reads 100 at 100.7 it goes to 101 this is what we found and at 100.6 it would bounce from 100 to 101 and back. and the bushnell would pick up from longer ranges than the other guns. i have lent mine out to the r.c plane club and they liked it a lot as well . it takes a lot of guts to stand there and let some guy to drive an r.c plane at you at over 100 mph o yes the angle of at witch you come at the gun made no differnce in speed with the other guns it would make a big differce in speed ( no more getting the toes of your boots cut off by cabide runners) and battery life is very good as well i changed them once just becuse i thuot i should. hope this helps. john
