I'm looking to buy a riding jacket that is longer/taller than the average jacket. I'm 6-foot-0 or so, but my torso is long. I find a lot of jackets -- and shirts, for that matter -- are short on me, so I try to buy ones that are longer.

Does anyone know of a place I could buy a longer riding jacket?

Thanks in advance.

I just bought Cabela's Guide wear jacket in a tall. It's goretex. I'm 6-1 and has worked fine so far. Bought a a size larger so I can layer under it. Second one in 15 years. Down side is that it has a liner so it doesn't breathe the best.

Believe it or not I have a tall RX1 jacket that is new and never used. I bought it not realizing it was a tall. If interested, let me know. It is blue.

try the FXR stuff it has a long tail i'm the same as you and I'm ok with the FXR clothes

Klim also sells their stuff in tall sizes fits very good on my 6'5 frame.

FXR tall works for me, my Old Yamaha FXR is a Large/Tall and I'm 6'0" and 180ish. I've been looking for a replacement but, but like you, most seem to be a to short especially in the arms.

I tried on (and bought) a new FXR today. I'm 6'2", 265 and their XL fits perfect. I also have issues with arms typically being too short. Their new jackets also have this inner sleave that hooks around your thumb to keep the jacket arms from "riding up". I was impressed.

I bought an HMK last year and love the jacket, but it's just a hair to short in the arms and it finally drove me crazy enough to pull the trigger on this one.
