2007 Vk 1000
hi everyone,

I have recently come to the conclusion that I need to stud the track on my machine to get enough pull on ice to pull my shack. I have a 2007 vk professional, and as such they don't make a part that protects the coolers on the underside. A dealer near me suggested a camoplast 9008u ice wide track, and from what I've read it's a good compromise between studded and unstudded. Does anyone have any experience with these tracks or suggestions on how to go about studding a 2007 vk?

I have my track studded up the middle with a narrow row of studs on my 2014 . 3000KM so far and it is working out good. I used studs a little shorter then the chart calls for. I used 1.325" studs and you can see from the picture the mount of penetration I am getting.
