Camso exo all terrain skis 7” wide

Ordered a set of these in to do some trial fit ups. Anyone have any experience with these?

Set of these retail for around $140. Very reasonable for a 7” wide ski! Ive already figured out mounting with stock hardware amd ski rubber so no need for $70 mounting kit. I just need to supply some saddle bushings and shim for under the ski rubber. Thinking $25 for my mounting hardware.

Snow trackers are available for these skis as well. With trackers i think this could be a knock out package...flotation, anti dart, precise handling and easier steering!

Heres what i am thinking for some prelim pricing:

With agg trackers...$390
With semi trackers...$375
With 4” slim jims....$285
With 6” slim jims....$315

Much easier on the wallet than other aftermarket skis out there.

These are pretty good skis. Basically the old Camoplast All-Terrains. They are blow molded and therefore are empty inside with a medium exterior skin. I've had some wear through in the keel due to runners wearing out or road debris wearing them out. I have them now on my MP with Double-Down carbides from Snow Studs, which offers more protection for the keel with the wide plate.

They work well for me but they are not for carving corners. Very plain wide square keel and a very slight curve to them. Good floatation. My sons think they are fugly but I don't care.

I have my 2015 RS Venture TF-- and have done all that have been told to do from this wonderful site and all has helped--but I have ridden Yamahas for 15 years--and now I have the best sled I have ever owned--it is still almost downright scary--and it still is darting bugger from hell!! I only do groomed trails (thus the RS Venture TF) and am finally waving the white flag and buying new skis and carbide combos. So wondering what ski I should put on and with what carbide? Thanks

The old style Yamaha skis with Double Downs work well for me on my '10 RS GT. If you want a little more floatation for the odd time you might go off trail, the wide skis, like on the VK, would also work well. They're basically the same ski, just wider. Also be sure to check your toe-out.

Lol, sorry to ask, but old Yamaha skis with Double Downs... I assume that I the old style Yanaha ski witth Dooleys on? 6 in or 8 or 4in?

Can't remember but I think I got the 8" or 10". I got long ones because of the long track.
