Can the wife or girlfriend keep up?

I was just thinking, how many of you have a wife or girlfriend that can keep up with you on the trail. Plus I have never done a poll.

I am starting to wonder if it is possible. I swear I could run faster then most of them!

My wife is right there with me unless I am really pushing it in the twisties with trees, which I don't do that much anymore. Out on the lake, better hope you got some juice because she runs the big guns WFO. Her old sled is an 02 XC800sp (sitting in garage blown-up). Needless to say, my old SXr 700 could only hang for 500ft.

Our new sleds are both 07 Attak gt's. I would have really considered a Rage ($thousands less), but she insisted on a big gun, and that just would be too funny to my buddies watching me get beat on the lake.

I ride totally different with my wife than with the buds! I guess I don't want her to see the real me!!! HA HA HA! [ONLY 25 YEARS TOGETHER]
She wants to sight see & shitt, so that slows her way down too!!!
On a normal day I could ride 100 miles more if she wasn't with me! Love is so special though that I don't mind!!??

She really hasn't rode that much in the last 10 year either, because of the kids, so shes just getting back into it!

I actually prefer riding with the wife over my buddies. Our kids are little so its great to have a weekend away so We can do my 2 favorite things.....We use communicators on the trail and let the faster traffic fly by. (I always hate it when slower sleds don't give you the courtesy and let faster traffic through) Even though the guy's trips have slowed down a bit there is no way she could ever keep up.

My wife rides an SRX7 and she will keep up with just about anyone. I gotta get nos just to stay ahead

My girlfriend is terrified to go over 30mph..BUT

My best friends wife.. can ride as hard or harder than anyone iver ever riden with... SHE IS NUTS..

Its all up to the person...

My girlfriend is pretty good on the trails and will pin it on the lake without a 2nd thought...... It doesn't help in the comparison though that she's got a 98 v-max 500 w/ over 10k on it and I have an 04 Warrior.... Plus I've got the 'moveable pot belly' that shifts from side to side with me to make corners! Finally, the gut is proving useful!!!

no girl freind or significant other. if she grew up on sleds or is an active person (sports and stuff) they keep up to a good pace. i have ridden with guys who brought girlfreinds/wives along and this seems to be the rule. of course i tend to cheat when they are along and give them a pretty fast sled so they can get closer on the straights (ie i run my et410 and i give them sx500r or bros viper)
