Can you get trail maps for smart phones?

I know they have trail maps for portable GPS's but can you get them for a smart phone.

I know there are some available from the Ontario Federation for iphones but I haven' looked at them

Yeah, isledWI and isledMI. Not the best maps but will work in a pinch.
