Put the front bolts in first. Adjust the monoshock cam adjust to its weakest setting because you are going to compress the suspension with a ratchet strap. You need to get the suspension a close as possible with lining up to the tunnel bolt holes with a rear sled jack and possibly a 2x4 under the track. Raise and lower the sled with the 2x4 in different places to see what it does to the suspension lining up. Once close you need to fish a ratchet strap through the track window at the rear of the sled and attach it to a spot that will move the suspension in the direction you want when you tighten the strap and by hooking the other end to the rear bumper. That monoshock suspension is difficult to compress, it will take quite a bit of force. You may have to use two straps, one on each side of the monoshock. I usually do this myself, but definitely helps to have a second person to eyeball the lining up and to get the bolt in quick as it lines up.
