Last season ran great no problems. All carbs cleaned and new gas.
I did find one of the main jet orings (seals against float bowl) is really chewed up. What effect would one of these make to sled running?

Mine is loading up at low and mid throttle if held there for any amount of time. Full throttle long runs no trouble untill letting off then would load up around 5000RPM and gurgle, stall once at idle.

No change at idle.

The o-ring is to seal the jet into the bottom of the bowl, purpose being that if you are climbing at a steep angle, the older models (withOUT a seal between jet and bowl) would suck air and bog.

FYI: Thats the main/hs jet, so its affect is mainly high speed.

thanks LB.
maybe more rubber is flaking off the oring and plugged one of the pilots. I'll tear the carbs apart again and clean everthing once more.

You're loading up down low, seems like it is too fat in the pilot circuitry. What pilots and how many turns out on the pilot screws. My turbo does the same thing when running too large pilot jets.

Do you have carb heater shut off valve installed?

pilot jets are stock. air screws are at 2 turns. 162.5MJ at 1800' with K&N air filters. it was also -5 that day riding but I dont remember having it run this bad before in warm temps.
takes no time to clean and sync again before next ride.

I may try to drop needles from 3 to 4 and also 1/4-1/2 turn in on air screws. but 1 thing at a time so I know what effect it makes doing the changes.

Fix the damaged o-ring while you're at it. The o-ring may throw your carbs out of tune even tho they are synced when it comes to vacuum and air flow, they may be off when it comes to fuel flow.

One thing at the time :) you will nail it :)
