03 Boondocker rx-1, updated float bowls. I'm having some issues with the bottom end. It sputters really bad pretty much from a dead stop untill I can hold it wide open and clear it out which sometimes takes up to 3-5 seconds. It also does this when going over the whoops, or after going wot and letting out. Does it sound like bad needle/seat?

Float hight should be 13.5 mm. Turn on you pump with out the motor going and look inside the carb with the intercooler off .There sould be no fuel flow inside the carbs.If there is fuel, your seats are bad.
