Cat brake pad alternative?

Anyone found a better pad than the standard cat pad? I've not been able to get full lock up at higher speeds and I believe I'm just overloading the aftermarket pads I haven't run the car pads in years but from what I recall they were actually decent.

I messed with aftermarket pads some and they were lacking, but the stock Cat race brake and pads are the best by quite a bit IMO.
