Is there any easy way to replace the center bogey wheels without removing the skid? I can't seem to find one.

Pulling the skid is the only way. It's not so bad once you're doing it.
Last year for various and silly things i had mine out 3 times.

Like mach9 said its easy once you have done it, loosen track all the way, drop your torsion srings will help a lot too.
