Heard from my dealer that the seal was bad and that was the reason the chain case was empty, and sled quit. My question is: Does the sled have to be running for the leak to take place? It sat in my garage for 24 hours before I loaded up. Never saw any residue in garage, on trailer, snow, etc. Just wondering how much I can press that it didn't get filled. I'm asking so I can go in there 'acting' like I know. So any help would be appreciated. I know it's kind of a repeat from the other post i put up, but didn't think about asking that question.

They did say they would fix it under warranty, but that doesn't seem like enough, as I may have to give up another weekend of riding if the parts don'[t come in tomorrow.

Thanks again!!

Vineyard... I think the dealer sounds like he is trying to make good on the issue. Maybe you should try to get the sled warranty increased or just the parts that are being changed... My 2 cents.. This might make the down time easier to take... :( :(
