Hey everyone,
Got a vector with 326 miles on it and since day 1 there has been some slop that I have diagnosed is from the chain case. Basically if you grab the secondary and push it back and forth it can rotate between the 10am and 2pm (if the front of the secondary is a clock) but the track does not move! When driving if you hit the brakes it takes a little bit of time for it to grab because the brake rotor is tight but something in the chain case rotates that far before engaging the track.
Any suggestions? We have adjusted the chain tension and it doesn't even make it worse or better. The sled has reverse as well.
Also is 'engine braking' a normal thing, when you let off the gas this thing really slows down almost to much if you just wanted to coast. Thanks for you help!

That is a normal condition with reverse.

Agreed, seems to be a normal trait on these sleds with reverse.
Engine braking is another normal trait of these sleds.

There is also quite a bit of play between the track nubs and the drive cogs.
You'll get used to the engine braking. I like it. Saves a lot of braking in the corners when your running it a little hard.

Guys this doesn't seem normal at all. When I rotate the secondary the drive cogs do not even wiggle, and if you hit the brakes that extra 1/4 second seems like a eternity. This is all normal? Thanks for the replies.

It may not seem normal, but it is normal. Besides, unless the secondary is only turning 60 RPM, there is no way that it would delay you a 1/4 of a second. Maybe 5 hundredths, but not a quarter.

1/4 second is just thrown out there to illustrate the point that its very noticable. I'll take it as normal....thanks guys!!
My new nytro with reverse has a clunking sound when you hit the brakes at slow speed and when the cluth engages sometimes. /Max
