Just put in new jackshaft and drive bearings, now trying to put the chaincase cover back on and cannot get the forks that run the reverse to go in place. Any tips on this?

Get a flash light for this. as you put it on you have to do as said above. the cover needs to be on the jack shaft before you put the forks on or you will not be able to get the right able for the jack shaft hole. It is tricky, but be patient with it and it will pop right on and you'll be on your way in no time.

Alrighty, I'll giver another shot in the morning and see if she'll go. Thanks guys

Also make sure you put your disc rotor on the correct way.it very well can go on backwards ,then your caliper will squeeze a little crocked causing uneven wear on pads causing drag.one more thing, your ebrake will be a little difficult going on if its backwards too.just a little more info for ya.

Thanks guys, got it on yesterday. Still have to put skid back in as I had to pull it back out due to having track adjusters angled in instead of out. So if everything goes well I should be able to try it later this morning and hopefully found that I did it right.

urgh I hear yeah! Them suspensions are a big pain in the arse to get in. Why did they have to have a crap ton of rivits in the suspension for the stuff to get caught on as your lifting it in.
