Chaincase Fill Sidewinder ???

Hey folks

How do you fill the chaincase once it’s cleaned out and ready to go back together

Lay sled on its side ??

I don’t see any obvious fill port?

Lol look what I did got thrust washer stuck behind bottom gear

Ps don’t do that!!

It tells you how to fill the chaincase oil thru the reverse actuator mounting area.

I’m running 153 track 270hp tune it’s has 21 tooth top gear and 48 tooth bottom gear tops out around 105mph with this setup is there any recommendations from anyone on here running similar setup I’m worried with it being geared lower it will be harder on chaincase just looking for suggestions I ride trail mostly but do venture off trail from time to time

Clean the metal SWARF off of your magnets while your in there, the reverse one up top also.

Would think lower gear ratio would actually be more strain since more torque. Nothing you can do about it anyway. Lots of guys running more hp than that. Run it.

10-4 she’s back together now all cleaned up magnets and everything surprising how much junk is in there after one season 2200 miles
