Changing handle bars - removing grips and pads

I bent my handle bars and wondering after i remove the rivet what needs to be done to remove the grips and the heat pads?
What kind of adhesive to use to attach them to my new bars?

I would buy new grips and elements

Yes you will need new elements for sure hard to get them off and new grips to they may be a bugger to get off aswell get the rsi ones to replace them they don't cost as much . GOOD LUCK

I just put a set of Doo alum bars on mine with the RSI Heaters and ODI grips. you'll have to cut the grips bown a bit but they are the best things my hands have felt on a sled yet. Supper easy job though, the whole thing only took me about an hour to change the riser and everything.
