How hard is it to change the track on an Attak?

Very easy. The hardest part will be getting the large 36mm nut loose on the top gear inside the chaincase. Other than it is a 2 beer project!!!

reverse is very close to the same thing, other then you have to disconnect the reverse linkage and remove the bolt in the center of the chaincase that hold the idler shaft...then you have to see this link the internals are close to the reverse on the proactions. I will have to check, I think I have the pages for that install...
