Checking internals on turbo charged apex engine?

Whats the best way to check and see if a boosted Apex engine has Carrillo rods and JE Pistons without taking it apart?

Compression test comparison to a stock engine might be a way to see if it has lower compression but will have to stick a bore-scope in the spark plug hole to visually see what the piston dome looks like. If it's cast or forged...
Possible to maybe pull the flywheel stator cover and spin the crank over until you see the end con rod to see what the end looks like.
