Can anyone tell me which diagram the choke lever and bolt, etc is on? I have looked at all of them I think from 2003 to 2005??? Can't find them?

There is no break down, sold as an assembly. However I needed some parts myself and Kevin at Port Yamaha thought he recalled a quad had the same set up a looked up a big bear (I think) and was able to get individual parts from the quad parts book. Thanks again Kevin!

That is what my dealer found as well! Had to order the individual parts from a 2005 Kodiak...

Technically, it's referred to as a "Starter Plunger" since it does not "choke" the air going into the carb like the old style chokes.
This first page from the 2003 RX-1 Service Manual shows the "Starter Plunger Link" (#3) and the Spring (#7). Pg 232 of 330
The next page shows the individual Starter Plunger in the carb: Pg 233 of 330

I belive they are looking for the lever that is on the left hand side of the bars.

I needed the wave washer for holding the lever tension/position, and after dropping it 
and never finding it (went to washer heaven) not wanting to buy the whole assembly for a .02 part.Port helped out.

Your going to have to ask a dealer for these. Sometimes they can call Yamaha and get these parts individually. Try Port.

2005 450 Kodiak parts are the exact match. they have a break out on the ATV fiche but not on the snowmobile fiche. Some dealers might want to try and sell you the whole control...
