I put this clutch kit on my 550 grizzly but the pto shaft seems like its grinding. Put everything back to stock and it still does it. It seems like the clutch shaft isn't set in properly at the crank. Not sure what i'm doing wrong any help would be great

What are you calling the "PTO" shaft ?? If you're talk'in the shaft that comes out of the motor that the primary clutch slips onto ... I'd say your "One-Way" bearing is shot.

You'll have to tear into the side of the motor to check it out ..... or do you already have it fixed ??

Later ...

When you put it back together did you line up the splines on the post and the clutch? It sounds like the splines aren't in place. What happens is the clutch isn't set in the splines and it will rub on the guard that goes around the primary clutch. Take the nut and the clutch back off. Look at the splines at the end of the post . leign them up with the clutch and reinstall the nut and you should be good to go
