Anyone else seeing this? Rode with a guy on an srx and he had the same issue. By my simple measurement it is about half way through the panel.
Best solution?

i used a feathering disk on my grinder and shaved it off. Eazy Peezy
Before I bought my SW I had read this was an issue so before I ever rode the sled I addressed the issue and have had no wear at all on side panel.

Bend the edge down work’s nice.
Put the big washer back on the secondary. Before I bought my SW I had read this was an issue so before I ever rode the sled I addressed the issue and have had no wear at all on side panel.

I float my secondary so I need to leave the big washer off for additional clearance from belt adjuster.Put the big washer back on the secondary.
