Clutch panel wear from clutch guard

Anyone else seeing this? Rode with a guy on an srx and he had the same issue. By my simple measurement it is about half way through the panel.

i used a feathering disk on my grinder and shaved it off. Eazy Peezy

Before I bought my SW I had read this was an issue so before I ever rode the sled I addressed the issue and have had no wear at all on side panel.

You just haven't blown enough belts yet lol.

Bend it down, grind/cut it shorter/edge protect it.

Put the big washer back on the secondary.

I float my secondary so I need to leave the big washer off for additional clearance from belt adjuster.

I used the same stuff, been on since 20 and hasn’t move.
