Clutch problem

Just throwing this out there, i may be way off but is it the correct belt? maybe the wrong belt causing your engagement problems along with the sound. I know i started my sled once forgetting there wasn't a belt and it make odd noises when i went to move. So i'm thinking if it is the wrong belt not engaging where it is suppose to and the noises stop once the clutch moves enough to grab a hold of the belt properly?

pink writting. i have all the clutches taken off they are going to be cheked by my friend tomorow morning, he will take em apart and chek.
