Hi. I'm fairly new to the 4 stroke forum and cannot find anything on clutching an RX Warrior with OEM Yamaha weights and springs... though I know there are some who favor it (I managed to find that lol).
Anyway if there is anybody that knows where to direct me on this forum or just give info here about clutching a 2004 RX Warrior, completely stock other than 162 studs down the middle that would be great. Thanks a lot.

This worked well for me on my 04 Warrior and I'm sure blackjohn has got other options: OSO primary spring, Silver secondary @70, and shim the secondary for more on the big end
Make sure your clutches are properly aligned.
With just this change, I saw 123 MPH on the DM, and the RPM came up to 10500-10600
And there are other things you can do

Shimming the secondary CAN'T give you any more topend. Not without 1) also overdriving the primary, 2) adding more actual power to force it to actually shift out all the way. Stock, these things do NOT shift out fully. Not even close. Gear it down 10% and it will shift out fully withOUT overdrive. 15% and they will shift out fully WITH overdrive. I see mid 120's on the gauge, fully shifted out with overdriven primary and secondary, and geared down 15%.
