You definately need more weight in the front clutch.
Get a set of Supertips and I will help you dial them in put the secondary back to 3-3 when you get the weights.
At 260 HP you need to start at about 78 grams depending on front spring.
I was running 84 grams at 274 hp with a Dalton green.

I am running the same set up as turblue, Dalton weights are suppose to be equal to heavier weights. Mine is great at 9000' at 11 lbs. and with the 47/51 would work good at 17 lbs. 10,500 to `11000 rpm.
