Sorry guys been slammed here with drag quads so I haven't been on! One of the main problems with selling stuff like this is how many people buy the product. If I were selling SBC chevy heads at 3 sets a day and the parts were dirt cheap I could sell it for less. Then you figure in the cost of a 5 axis cnc machine, design testing time, low volume/high priced spring and valve kits and the fact I might sell a head a month this really is just because we love doing it, not to make money!
Valves $40.00 a piece/ $640 set
http://valvetrain.kpmivalvetrain.com/vi ... snowmobile?
Spring kit 437.00
http://valvetrain.kpmivalvetrain.com/it ... g-kits-155?
So $1077 just in parts, that leaves just over $600.00 to do a cnc valve job, surface the head, cnc porting and all assemble it all. O ya and about 65 bucks in valve seals....

Im wondering what type of gains a N/A person would see and what type of fuel would you need to use?

You wouldn't need to run any different fuel, to be honest gains on a bone stock sled wouldn't be to impressive. Now an exhaust, intake, cams and a good tune it would wake up a lot.

well this year im running k&ns, high flow headers, high flow muffler and pc5/autotune also, I know by the end of this winter I will want more power without going to a turbo or super. just looking at the possiblilitys after the things in my sig are done there other than motor work there is nothing to "add" on for more power that I know of.

Ya I think with what you have and some more aggressive cams it would pick up some good HP
We have sitting on the shelf ready to go!

Are these heads milled as well to bump up compression or just ported. Just wondering if you would have to run premium fuel.

They are not, maybe "surfaced" to make sure they are flat but they are not milled down to increase compression.

I would like to know how much gain on a n/a nytro with stock exeaust (at best I could upgrade with the scmidt bros sock exeaust stealth upgrade), I also have a gforce nytro charcger that gives boost at high rpm 2 pounds max ( it is bolted to the secondary clutch so at low rpm there is no change.I would also put in a power comander 5 insted of the gem controler if nescesary
