hey guys the last 2 morning my 2008 mp wont turn over and the check engine light comes on with code 11. once I turn the key back and forth a couple times it will eventually fire up and have no problems at all even restarting on the trail. It' like it works perfectly fine once it' warm. the temperature around here is -3 to -5 so not that cold. just wondering if anyone has any solutions ? thanks !!!!

I have info, but no solution. Manual say ecu is not getting a signal from the cylinder identification sensor. Probable causes ... wiring, defective sensor, improperly installed sensor, bad ecu. Wish I could tell you what that sensor looks like and where it is. This is from the fuel injection section if that helps.
I'd be checking wiring and connections.

Found a few relevant threads about this sensor:

In that second thread, they talk a lot about the starter relay/solenoid being either faulty or having corroded connections. Check that first before tearing into it or replacing the sensor.
