Code 11

Hi I have a 2006 Apex moutain that I just bought. When I brought it home in the cold it had a hard time starting long cranking and finally fired. It worked great in a heated garage no issues. Went to go out riding last night -30c, when we got to our location the sled just cranks and has an active code 11. I brought it home warmed it up and no change still cranks active code 11, I cant hear the fuel pump and have remove the cyl. Id sensor. Is there a way to test the sensor? I have 4.5v at wht/blk and ground at blk/blue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are the 3 wires at the starter solenoid used for? They were corroded after cleaning the engine starts no codes.
I don't have a wiring diagram.

One of them supplies power to the FI circuit.
