Code 30 low oil pressure

Hey sorry to hijack the thread a little. Im about to put my head back on after getting it planed and new gasket. What is the prodecure for lining up the cam gears?

I cant seem to find it anywhere. Thanks

I would also like to know how to check valve clearances while I'm in there.

A service manuel on CD or paper bound would be a wise investment. I hope you kept track of the shims so you can put them back on the valve they came off of.
