i have a stage 1 mpi on my apex and i have been getting the tors code alot more now that i am getting some miles on the sled, fyi i boosted the sled at 325 miles on it and i now have about 800 on it, im thinking the boost pressure is holding the throttle open a little too long so thats making the tors go off??? am i on the right track?? we were thinking about trying to find a stiffer spring because im not too hot about the idea of un-hooking the tors since we do seem to get our fair share of ice around here and my tors has gone off on my old apex in the past. i was just wondering what you guys have done to solve this.

I would just bypass it I have 3000 miles on mine and no problems with the throttle sticking.

You can stiffen up the current spring by adding more preload to it, it's pretty easy to do so.

Famous last words. The safest thing to do if you disable the TORS is to install a tether.
