I STARTED MY 03 RX-1 FOR FIRST TIME THIS YEAR AND SLED WAS RUNNING ROUGH AND SAW MY COIL PACKS SPARKING AT THE HEAD I HAVE A FIVE YEAR WARRENTY SHOULD THIS BE COVERED?

the 03 coils were a problem and were replaced under warrenty even for second owner sleds, in the u.s. here in canada you went to the dealer and pulled out your wallet. for now remove the coils and clean them inside and out with brake cleaner or similer product to remove the carbon dust.

Coils were replaced last season, on the '03 RX-1. I did complain about the arcing, got a new set a few weeks later

Clean them and lubricate the inside boot with di-electric grease this will stop the arching.2003 RX1 4500 kms not 1 issue.
