From what I have heard about Dukester's Warrior (THE REAL HOT ONE)
winning by 100 ft is no problem especially since Scooby has written that it will hit 140 MPH on the speedo

I think maybe you should get out of your garage once in awhile and see a real professional race. The type I am referring to would be where the final in Pro Stock 1000 has 4 sleds in it and they are all seperated by literal inches at the finish line.
Try also looking at NHRA Pro Stock or Pro Stock bike. The wins very often come by a MOV (Margin Of Victory) of .0002! You could throw a blanket over them.
Someone better tell Greg Anderson that he really isn't winning the NHRA races that he thinks he is.
One inch or 100 feet, makes no difference. The winner crossed the finish line first.

Supertuner , how right you are. After 20 + years on pro circuit I can tell you many a heat we could have held hands with the compition from when we left the start line to when we crossed th finish line and did not know if we won or not and thats called racing. If u were 100 feet ahead some body is racing a 1000 cc in the Kitty Cat class.. :ORC
One thing I do know, if you can pull just 1 sled length with every thing being equal thats good...

I should point out that I am not picking on LB by replying like I did. Anyone who stated this would have gotten the same reply from me.
Although he is quite "the guy" I am grateful that LB is with us and look forward to his posts. I just look at it like this...we are all on the same team and having a team meeting.

Especially if it is repeatable. I wouldn't care if I only beat you by one inch, if I can beat you by one inch EVERY time.

OK Dukester I can respect that But I got some good clutching tips from black john But I will not reveal for the same reason as you
Hey Dukester now that you guys have experienced what the Japanese can do with sleds, why don't you try there motorcycles? :itchy:
The Honda VTX and Retro 1800, the Honda Rune, the Honda Gold Wing, the Yamaha Warrior, and the new Kawasaki Vulcan 2053cc are all big cruisers that are capable of 12 second 1/4 mile times  There hot right from the factory and you don't have to dump any time or money into them to make them cook
I own a 76 Hondamatic 750, a 90 Yamaha V-Max with sidecar, and a 98 Suzuki 1500 LC. Anytime me and the wife go somewhere with the sidecar rig, we get more attention than all the Harley's, and that V-Max is putting out some 145HP So whenever the spirit moves me I can light that rear tire up at will

Hey Dukester, are you going to make the trip out to Sturgis this summer? I live in Sioux Falls & would like to meet you if you're passing by!

Bob: Cheat on the wife no way! :ORC
But it does pump the ego of us old guys. Like we said we turned tail and ran but were still grinning.
Srxspec: We are planning to make the trip if Boss Hog is healed by then. He would never forgive me if we went with out him. We take the motor home and the enclosed snowmobile trailer. Then we can ride when ever we feel like it. The wifes will then come along just to keep Boss in line. :ORC
Now with Scooby having a new women we will have him stay in a tent!
