Does anyone have a contact at Yamaha to complain to regarding poor dealer service. I have a major problem with Rich's Yamaha in Lockport, Illinois. From set up to follow-up on service they are absolutely the worse and I intend on calling.

You could dial 411 and ask for the number of the yamaha regional headquarters in Plesant Prarie WI and perhaps that would work.
