I have 240 miles on my new RX-1 and have a concern with my RPM's. This thing pulls like a freight train to 9500r's and then slowly climbs to 9900 r's. This is a completly stock sled. I took off the ECP kit and am using stock clutching. Is this still to early to be worrying about max rpm's. I am strongly thinking about getting a heel clicker "X" secondary. Just bolt it on and go for increased rpm's. Does anybody have any imput on this issue? Other than that, I love the sled.

I had a heel-x on my viper put a couple 2000 mls on it . I didn't think it was all it was cracked up to be. sold it put a dalton helix on an thought it was quicker ,with both I had adj. primary so the motor was in its power range. I think you can do better for the money it costs. just my opinion.

The RPM's will increase as the engine loosens. If you want quicker R's right now you can simply remove the rivet in the tip of the stocks weights.
