Anybody have any luck finding a constant hot wire under the dash area?

Found it. The red with green in the main harness has constant 12volts. Not alot but enough for some applications.

The Headlight dimmer wire. Blue and White is always live when the sled is running.

Constant hot meaning just that. There are a bunch of wires hot when the sled is running.

I didn't think you were looking for power when the sled was off. Usually not a good idea, it's an easy way to drain a battery if it shorts or anything like that.

Why dont you just use the Red cable coming off the battery? The only other thing its used for is to charge the battery if necessary! You could use a bolt and an eye connector. It will supply whatever you power to what ever you need but just remember to add an in line fuse.

That would work, but that was not the answer to my question. Thanks anyway.

There probably isn't any hot wire under the dash. But I would test the lines that go to the ignition switch to see if one might be hot. That would be the next closest spot to pick it up. What are you trying to power up?

As I responded earlier (up a few posts) the red with green in the main harness under the dash is hot all the time.

Major,
Can I ask why you want power all the time?
