Control Rod For Monoshock Skid

So this weekend we were riding some fresh groomed frozen-solid trails and our Hyfax was sticking so we kept dipping in fresh snow to cool them. We pulled off the trail at the warming shed on trail 96 near Oscoda to look at our Hyfax, and looking at my buddy's 05 RX1, he has an issue that has obviously been happening for awhile and was not caught. The lower control rod, on his factory mono-shock skid has come apart, the main rod was bent and the adjusting sleeve was about worn in half from rubbing on the track, and has been causing some serious wear down the middle of his new ripsaw track. He has been looking for a replacement one that he can get this week so he can be back on the trails next weekend. Used salvage wont sell separate from a whole skid and the dealers don't have parts in stock and may not get before next weekend. Anyone out there have one they would like to part with. Looks like it would be 250 to buy it in pieces from Port, he is willing to pay for a used one if he can get it by Thursday. Suggestions?
