What do you think? Around 150.00 to make, works great, used it to cool my sled at the track 9 times and she was still going strong.
Where are your quick disconects, can't see them in the picture? Doesn't look bad, I've been thinking of doing the same thing, only using something a little smaller like a heater core and smaller fan which should accomplish the same results. Right now I just set up a cooler with a coiled tubing inside that sits in cold water and just keep circulating the antifreeze. Haven't put it to the real test yet though.

Quick disconnects are from HPE. 3/4 inch and made by CPC(colder product corp.) They are there just hidden. Water with some water wetter works better than normal antifreeze mix for transfer of heat and if something breaks on the dragstrip you only have to clean up water not antifreeze.

Here's our cool down, mounted right to the back of our tool box. It's a solid aluminum tank that is insulated on the inside. Holds 20 gallons of water without any problems!

Srxspec, do you have to change the water after a few runs? I used a cooler last year and had to change the water 2-3 times each race day.

Yeah, the pic is a bad quality, but it's the only one I have.
We don't change the water at all. We freeze milk jugs in the freezer and throw about 4 at a time in there. When the ice is melted just throw a few more in. No need to change the water for us.
