I'm losing about 100ml a day of coolant which from what I've read sounds like a head gasket, possibly under boost. What I don't understand is where is it going?
1) Did a coolant pressure test at 15 lbs for 30 min. No loss
2)Did a leak down test with less than 4% on each cylinder
3) it never gets hot.
4) no coolant in the oveflow bottle whatsoever.
5) oil level doesn't increase, and the oil appearance seems normal
6) no one notices white exhaust when I make a pull up the hill
Am I missing something obvious? I've only rode it a few times since the build. Can it take that long to work out air pockets?

Yes, It is possible to take that long to bleed out, Did you raise the back of the sled and open bleed valve to purge system? If not try that. I try to get the bleed valve and resevoir on same plane, then fill till it comes out bleeder then top off.

I went through both running board coolers because they flex & rub against the steel drop bracket for the suspension. It is a small crack that starts to form, and eventually tiny drips will appear on the ground, directly below that bracket. Something to look for anyway.

Does it steam after a long pull? ie is there coolant spraying on the engine anywhere?
If not then I would burp the system a couple more times and see if that clears it up. Do you have a idea of how much you put vs the capacity? I always make a mental note of hwo much coolant I put in on after the build vs teh total capacity then I know if its leaking for air bleeding.

No steaming after a long pull. Unfortunately I lost track of the total volume of coolant. I originally did the build with the rad and then removed it after a couple rides so alot of it ended up on the floor.
I'll do a couple of cycles and see if I can get anymore air out.
Thanks for the input guys
