I have a new fresh out of the crate 2016 STX 146 DX. My dealer is useless. The worst dealer prep I could ever imagine. The big one right now is air in the cooling system. The overflow tank was 1" low cold. The coolant (radiator) cap was a quarter turn from being closed. The coolant is supposed to be up to the top of the neck but was down to the bottom of the upper radiator hose. I added half of a cup and put the cap on. Squeezed the hose and open the cap again. Added a quarter cup and did the same. Open the cap and low again. I have added 1 1/4 cups so far and warmed it up a couple times and it is low again. Squeezing the hose I can hear sloshing around of air.
Is there a procedure to or actual place to bleed the air?

With sled flat on ground just fill at the cap. It will self bleed but needs to be run to fully warm before all is out and is replaced by coolant from overflow bottle. After that just add at bottle not cap.I have a new fresh out of the crate 2016 STX 146 DX. My dealer is useless. The worst dealer prep I could ever imagine.
