05 rx1 cpr turbo. 600 miles on sled, i keep braking the intercooler bracket off the bottom of the cooler thats against the frame. do these motor move that much under load? no belt problems. any ideas??? thanks

I broke that bracket off as soon as i got mine. I never fixed it. I just put some foam padding under it where it touches the frame and use the rubber strap infront to hold it down.

as soon as that bracket breaks the intercooler pulls off the carbs. cant get it to stay there.

I use T-bolt clamps on the carbs and havn't had one come off since.
