CR10EK plugs Advantages?

I'm new to this site and i have 2006 Apex GT Not sure what number that i have but I know they are the stock ones. Just wondering what the advantage is in running the CR 10 ek plugs? Is it for cold starts or the machines run better with them or better fuel mileage. In oher words should i be running them in my 06 Apex, the machine is stock so this plug may be for performance parts I'm not sure thats why I've added this post. Any help/ suggestions would be great.

Do a search, days of reading about this. Plain and simple though, they build more HP quicker with no other changes done in a stock sled. 2-3hp gain on top end but revs quicker from bottom to top. Eric
