buy your self a wrap to put on your hand it is call Thumb-thing you can get from yamaha #SMB-07THR-BK- (SM-XL) I have bad wrists and i use on and works great

Get Arteex's Yama-throttle or thumb drive. It's an 4 Wheeler throttle on a sled. I've had it for a year and I'd never go back.

Does anyone still make this or does anyone have one they want to sell‍

I’ll be the 3rd, I solved this by rotating the throttle position and I use my palm and rarely my thumb, mostly the ‘web’ between the thumb and index finger.
