Curves install

I wanna text my curve from my FX Nytro on my Apex....but my nytro rubbers dont fit and the stock apex's rubbers are very loose....do you guys think that should be ok just to test the skies with the apex factory rubbers/bumpers? I will order the proper ones only if I like the Curves on the Apex...Thx

I would guess, they are just too wide
