David vs Goliath

Did an impromtu race that was completely not even ... but none the less, it was fun.

Lined up my '06 Nytro (engine is stock, but has 136" heavily modded skid with an Ulmer clutch kit) against my friend's '08 Ski Doo XP 800 Renegade.

From the start I got the jump on him simply because I think I had better hook up. But he tells me that I had 1.5 sled lengths on him. When he caught me (and he went by pretty fast) my speedo said 85.

I knew I was going to get beat, but I didn't think I'd hold him for that long.

I ran a 08 xp-renegade with my 07 apex RTX (121) both studed equally ,same rider weight (close) , I had ulmer clutching and it was me by 1 sled out of the hole then I just stared pulling steadily, we ran a good 1/2 mile . I honestly thought he would creep-up on me on the big end but he did'nt. Did this three times. ( just to stop the bashing)

I had one of them the black one. There fast as h#ll getting to 85-90 but that's about were they stop. Lol
